To cash in on the ongoing and upcoming festival season, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has launched a limited edition variant of the Dream Yuga. The new offering sports a dual-tone shade to distinguish it from the standard model. The Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer has priced the limited edition at par with the standard model at Rs 45,164 (ex-showroom Delhi). It also comes with various optional accessories such as 3D Honda emblem, new set of decals for front cowl and fender, body coloured rearview mirrors and chrome finish muffler protector. All these accessories can be added at an additional cost of Rs 999.
Speaking about the limited edition Dream Yuga, Yadvinder S. Guleria, Vice President – Sales & Marketing, HMSI, said, "Dream Yuga has sold more than 3 lakh units within the first year of its launch. To celebrate this achievement and the upcoming festival season, we are introducing ‘New Limited Edition Dream Yuga,’ which will provide customers with redefined style along with a proven, reliable, easy to maintain and highly fuel efficient product."
No changes have been made on the mechanical front and the limited edition bike continues to be powered by the same 109cc single cylinder, air-cooled engine as on the standard Yuga that pumps out 8.5PS of power at 7,500rpm and 8.91Nm of torque at 5,500rpm. Honda had recently endowed this mill with its patented Honda Earth Technology (HET) for better efficiency which stands at 74kmpl for the Dream Yuga.
