Hyundai Organizes ‘Mega Experience Hyundai Programme'

To celebrate the company’s 20th operational year in India, the Korean carmaker gathered 15,129 customers across 567 locations

Hyundai Motor India Ltd organized a one-day event called the ‘Mega Experience Hyundai Programme’ to celebrate Hyundai’s 20th operational year in India. A total of 15.129 customers attended this programme across 567 locations in 324 cities and the main objective of this event was to provide a first-hand experience of products, services and to explain the brand ideology as a whole to loyal Hyundai customers.

Initiating the programme in Chennai, Mr. Y K Koo, MD and CEO, Hyundai Motor India Ltd said ” The ‘Mega Experience Hyundai Program’ was an initiative to enhance and reinforce Hyundai brand association with our customers across India. As customers’ needs and preference are constantly evolving, we at Hyundai believe in understanding and innovating towards providing the best products and services to our valued customers. We are very happy to receive the overwhelming response from 15,000 happy customers in a single day. Such platform helps us come close to our customers and improve our service delivery and other initiatives”.

The event was supervised by senior Hyundai officials from across India and the customers benefited by getting a free 18-point checkup and free wash for their cars. They were also provided with test drives during the ‘Experience Hyundai’ programme. The event took place at various accessible locations like shopping malls, empty parking lots, residential blocks etc. Hyundai will be organizing more events like this as a part of its 20th year celebrations in India.
