South Korean carmaker Hyundai has commenced its nationwide customer centric campaign called ‘Free Car Care Clinic’ (FCCC). The extensive checklist will include a detailed examination of various aspects of the car including the engine, gearbox, electrical system, air conditioner, under-body and the exteriors. As far as offers are concerned, they will vary depending on the age of the vehicle. Up to 10 per cent discount can be availed on mechanical parts and 20 per cent on labour (for cars over two years old). Additionally, the company will give away extended warranty for its compact SUV, the Creta, at a discount ranging up to 25 per cent. Customers can also get up to 20 per cent discount on VAS (value added service) products.

Prior to this, Hyundai had organised the FCCC in March this year. Clearly it is a big deal for Hyundai customers as more than 3 lakh of them took advantage of the then prevailing benefits. Whether that figure will be surpassed this time around, remains to be seen.
Hyundai is currently working towards launching a refreshed version the Creta, which has been on sale in international markets for a while now. The SUV has been an undisputed king in its segment and the new one looks to up the ante further.
