There are more trim options such as more leather in different colours and more wood trim options.

It’s powered by a 3.0-litre V6 diesel, 3.6-litre V6 petrol and 5.7-litre V8 engine, mated to a new eight-speed automatic gearbox.

Jeep has introduced the 2014 SRT high performance variant of the Grand Cherokee with a 6.4-litre HEMI engine making 476PS of power and 629Nm of torque. It features a sportier front bumper, black portions around the headlights, new rear spoiler and rear bumper with oval exhaust pipes.

The 2014 Compass gets revised front facia including grille with silver mesh, new bumper, the headlights get black inner bezel and fog lamp housings with chrome detailing. At the back there are new LED tail lamps, revised rear bumper with chrome detailing, and the tail pipe gets chrome detailing too. High end models get 18-inch aluminium wheels, plated chrome insert with a recessed Jeep badge on the tailgate trim applique.

The 2014 Compass’ new trim levels depend on the variant, featuring leather, vinyl and chrome inserts and seat mounted side airbags for enhanced safety.

Engine options include a 2.0-litre inline four-cylinder making 160PS of power and 190Nm of torque and a 2.4-litre inline four-cylinder engine with 174PS of power and 223Nm of torque. Both engines are mated to a new six-speed automatic gearbox for enhanced performance.

The Patriot gets new seat mounted side airbags as well as the new six-speed automatic gearbox. Engine options include the 2.0-litre inline four-cylinder or the 2.4-litre inline four-cylinder.

The face-lifts make the 2014 Grand Cherokee, Grand Cherokee SRT and Compass look a lot more modern and appealing and the new gearboxes ensure better power delivery and fuel efficiency.
