Planning a track day anytime soon? If you own a Kawasaki, the Japanese bike maker might just have the perfect event lined up for you. Kawasaki has announced that it will be conducting a ‘Kaze Race Track Day' (Kaze means wind in Japanese) on 14 July, 2018 at the Kari Motor Speedway in Coimbatore.
Organised in association with RACR (Rajni Academy of Competitive Racing), the track day is being conducted to help riders hone their skills on and off the racetrack. Kawasaki also plans on training riders on bigger and more challenging tracks such as the Buddh International Circuit (BIC) in Greater Noida and Madras Motor Race Track (MMRT) in Chennai.
Before you book your slot, it is important to note that the event is exclusive to owners of Kawasaki motorcycles that have a displacement of 900cc or above, like the Ninja 1000, Ninja ZX-10R, Z900, etc. The participation fee has been pegged at Rs 7,900.
Kawasaki had organised a similar event at the BIC two years ago. Kawasaki states that it’ll continue to organise similar events in the future as well.
