Kawasaki has released pictures of its 2015 range of motorcycles. As part of the update the motorcycles will receive new shades of colour and restyled graphics. The first lot of motorcycles to receive the 2015 update include the middleweight offerings like the Kawasaki ER-6f and ER-6n (Also read: Kawasaki ER-6n displayed in showrooms prior to launch). The Kawasaki motorcycles under the Z-series to receive this update include the Z800, Z800e and Z1000SX.
The 2015 updates have been restricted only on the cosmetic front and no changes have been done to the motorcycle’s powerplant. The 2015 Kawasaki only will be offered in new colour schemes of carbon gray / metallic spark black and candy fire red / metallic spark black while the touring version will most likely get colour co-ordinated hard cases. The 2015 Kawasaki ER-6f which is sold as the Ninja 650R in our market will get new shades of green / metallic flat spark, pearl flat stardust white / metallic flat spark black and solid black.
The offset rear shock absorber spring has been painted green in the 2015 edition of the Kawasaki ER-6f. While its naked sibling, the 2015 Kawasaki ER-6n will sport similar colour options and only the solid black shade will be offered with a red spring coil unlike the green one on the other two colour options. The 2015 Kawasaki Z800 will be offered in shades of candy flat blazed green/metallic spark black, metallic spark black/flat ebony and pearl stardust white/flat raw grey stone. It is expected that Kawasaki will unveil 2015 colour options for other offerings from its motorcycle portfolio soon.
