The pinstriped goodness from Royal Enfield’s Bullet range is all set to make its way to the brands helmets too. These limited-edition hand-painted lids will go on sale tomorrow, but you better be on the ball because only 200 units of each are up for grabs. Both half-face and full-face designs are available, with the former costing Rs 4,000 while the latter is priced at Rs 5,000. This is quite a significant premium since the brand’s normal half face helmet (Border Stripes gloss black) starts from Rs 2,700 whereas the full face version (Street Mono) will set you back by Rs 3,100.
Both helmets get a classy black and gold colour scheme with tan inner padding. Each thick gold pinstripe is accompanied by a thinner one alongside, just like on the fuel tank of the Bullets. A sticker on the side indicates ISI compliance, and the full-face helmet gets vents on the chin and the top of the head. Royal Enfield is one of the few brands in India that offers a comprehensive range of riding gear, apparel and official accessories for its motorcycles, and we are glad to see it continue down this path.
