Mercedes-Benz India to launch 3 new car models on 30 July 2015

Mercedes-Benz in India is gunning for the ’15 in 15’ approach, where is plans to introduce 15 new luxury cars in the year 2015. Till now the German car manufacturer has introduced six new luxury cars in India such as the S 600 Guard with price starts at Rs. 8.9 crores onwards (ex-showroom Delhi), the CLA-Class, the C 220 CDI, the new B-Class, E-Class Cabriolet and new CLS 250 CDI.

Intensifying the onslaught, Mercedes-Benz is going to launch three products from its global portfolio, in a single day! This will mark the introduction the Mercedes-Benz S 500 Coupe, which has been awarded the 2015 World Luxury Car; top selling Mercedes G 63 AMG in a never seen before “Crazy Color”; and the highly powerful S 63 AMG Coupe.

As the name suggests, the Mercedes-Benz S 500 Coupe is a sleeker looking, two door version of the S-Class an comes powered by the same 4.7-litre, twin-turbo, V8 motor churning out 453PS or peak power and a strong 700Nm of torque.

While the Mercedes S63 AMG, has a similar profile as the S 500 Coupe, but gets the AMG treatment. Apart from the sporty design tweaks, the S63 comes with a larger and powerful 5.5-litre, twin-turbo, V8 engine that punches out 577PS of power and a stunning 900Nm of torque!

Lastly, the Mercedes G 63 AMG which is already on sale in India at Rs 1.85 crore (ex-showroom Delhi), will be introduced in a new shade of – Crazy Color.
