Mercedes-Benz introduces Motorsports merchandise for 2013

Mercedes has launched the Mercedes-Benz Motorsport Collection for Formula One and DTM racing fans to gear up for the 2013 season

The Silver Arrows company, Mercedes-Benz has launched their 2013 Motorsport Collection which comprises of a range of merchandise for Formula 1 fans and DTM racing fans. The exclusive range of the collection includes 2 limited edition carbon fibre watches with a carbon-fibre face and stainless steel case, one is a chronograph priced 259.9 Euros (approx. 18,400 INR) and a three hand watch priced at  149.90 Euros (approx. 10,600 INR).

Other merchandise in the carbon fibre range includes a lighter at 59.90 Euros (approx. 4,300 INR), the bottle opener (in picture above) at 19.90 Euros (approx. 1,400 INR) and the key ring worth 49.90 Euros (approx. 3,500 INR), all of which have a carbon-fibre surface on their front side. All the carbon fibre products sport an engraved Mercedes-Benz Motorsport logo as well as a three-dimensional Mercedes star.

An i-Phone case priced at 14.90 Euros (approx. 1000 INR), a beach blanket priced at 34.90 Euros (approx. 2400 INR) and a drinking bottle priced at 29.90 Euros (approx. 2100 INR) sport a common pictorial theme of the Silver Arrows F1 car cornering the kerbs. Other accessories include a helmet shaped USB storage stick priced at 29.90 Euros (approx 2,100 INR), a cool bag at 29.90 Euros (approx 2,100 INR) and a men’s cap at 23.90 Euros (approx. 1,700 INR). 

A wooden balance bike for children has the Mercedes-Benz F1 car theme with characteristic progression from silver to Petronas green to black colour. For the F1 themed garment merchandise caps and clothes are available in both versions of drivers Lewis Hamilton Nico Rosberg.

All the Formula 1 garment merchandise are made by Puma brand, and include caps priced at 29.90 Euros (approx. 2,100 INR), T-shirts themed in both driver versions priced at 49.90 Euros each (approx. 3,500 INR), and a team Polo T-shirt priced at 69.90 Euros (approx. 5,000 INR). A special women’s Polo Shirt priced at 64.90 Euros (approx. 4,600 INR) and a children’s T-Shirt priced at 39.90 Euros (approx. 2,900 INR) have been included for the first time in the F1 collection.

A separate Puma lifestyle product range includes a black polo shirt priced at 64.90 Euros (approx. 4,600) and a black crumple look jacket 159.90 Euros (11,300 INR). A special DTM racing fan collection adorns the embroidered Mercedes-Benz AMG DTM team logo, which includes a cap priced at 23.90 Euros (approx. 1,700 INR), a DTM polo shirt priced at 49.90 Euros (approx. 3,500 INR) and a DTM lanyard priced at 14.90 Euros (1,000 INR).
