Launched in 2007, the Jaguar XK continues to attract customers looking to be part of the Jaguar tradition which combines beauty, power and ground-breaking technology that focuses on enhancing the driving experience.
Jaguar has synthesised a pride of beautiful XK variants that have assumed muscular and artistic forms. Convertible and hard-top roof models being the two major variations in each of these models, the highly cultured range includes the XK, the XKR, the XKR-S, the XKR 75, the XKR 175, the XKR Speed, the XKR-S and now the elegant Artisan SE.
Every Jaguar XK represents a powering amalgamation of advanced engineering and royal luxury, the latest addition - the Jaguar XK Artisan SE model - further enhances that luxurious quality through the introduction of handcrafted 'Artisan' interiors.
Available in both coupe and convertible forms, the Artisan’s interior makes use of tactile 'scraffito' finished leather to the front seats, instrument console, door and rear quarter casings in combination with Poltrona Frau leather headlinings. Two new veneer finishes are on offer - Shadow Walnut and Dark Figured Aluminium.
Also standard are features such as 525W Bowers & Wilkins sound system, 16 by 16-way adjustable heated performance seats, a heated steering wheel and keyless entry and engine start. Convertible hood colours have also been carefully selected to match the exterior of the car that include Black, Blue, Grey and Brown. Special Edition stainless steel pedals are additional discreet additions to the Artisan.
Exterior paint colours on offer for the Special Edition are Celestial Black, Polaris White and Rhodium Silver coupled with a new 20-inch alloy wheel design that complements the exterior design. Available in the same engine options as the earlier XK models – the road shattering supercharged 5,000cc, V8 petrol unit, the Artisan SE will be available in the United Kingdom for Rs 64,46,000.
