TVS has sent us a teaser image indicating that a new version of the Scooty Zest will be launched soon. The Scooty Zest 110 made its debut in the Indian two-wheeler market in 2014 and was first showcased at the 2014 Auto Expo. It weighs in at just 98.5 kg, making it among the lightest scooters on sale in India. This lightweight nature has made it a popular option among teenagers and female riders. We expect the new version of the Scooty Zest to get revised graphics along with new colour options to set it apart. A mobile charger can also be introduced in the upcoming 110cc scooter but the above are just assumptions and we will have to wait for some more time before TVS divulges more details. The TVS Scooty Zest employs the same 110cc motor as seen on the TVS Jupiter. The air-cooled, single-cylinder mill churns out 8PS of power and peak torque of 8.7Nm. The Scooty Zest 110 was part of the ZigWheels long term fleet and was a popular scooter owing to its peppy nature which made it fun to ride in the cityscape. TVS claims a mileage figure of 62kmpl but in our fuel efficiency runs, the Scooty Zest returned us 50kmpl in real world conditions. The TVS Scooty Zest is also amongst the cheapest 110cc scooter on sale in India at Rs 46,538 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
