Renault has become one of the fastest growing automobile manufacturers in India and all the credit goes to the Kwid and the Duster. The company recently announced that the Kwid has exceeded the 1 lakh sales mark in India. The hatchback also made it to the list of top-10 selling cars in the country soon after its launch in September 2015.
The French carmaker, to celebrate its increasing popularity in the Indian automotive market, has launched its December celebration offer. The offer starts from December 1, 2016, and customers can avail the offers under this scheme at any of the authorised Renault dealerships across India till December 31, 2016. The company will give away one car daily from a lot of 27 through a lucky draw scheme (the offer is not applicable in Tamil Nadu since lucky draws are not permitted in the state). On the other hand, Renault is also offering cash benefits of up to Rs 1 lakh on the Duster and the Lodgy. In order to address the cash crunch, the carmaker is also extending 100 per cent cashless facility to its customers.
Renault is currently selling five different models in India – Pulse, Lodgy, Duster, Scala and the Kwid, which is highest selling amongst all. Prices for the hatchback start at Rs 2.65 lakh for the base model, and go up to Rs 4.26 lakh for the top-end RXT 1.0 AMT variant with one airbag (both prices, ex-showroom, Delhi).
