Skoda has launched the limited-run Superb Corporate Edition yet again at Rs 25.99 lakh (petrol, ex-showroom). But unlike before where it was limited to existing Skoda customers, this time around it is available for everyone. While the earlier Corporate edition was based on the Style petrol MT variant, this time around it is based on the Style AT variant and can be had with a diesel engine as well.
Have a look at where the Corporate Edition variant slots in the Superb lineup.

The Corporate Edition variant is around Rs 1.81 lakh more affordable when compared to the equivalent Style variant. It comes with a decent amount of kit as well. Notable features include an 8-inch infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, three-zone climate control, panoramic sunroof, cruise control, powered front seats, multi-info display, keyless entry with push button start, and more.
Safety features include eight airbags, ABS with EBD, front and rear parking sensors, rear view camera, electronic stability program, hill hold control and hill brake assist. You also electronic parking brake with an auto hold function. The Superb Corporate Edition can be had with two colours only: Candy White and Magnetic Brown.
Under the hood, the Superb comes with a 2.0-litre TDI diesel and an 1.8-litre TSI petrol engine. The diesel engine develops 177PS and 350Nm while the petrol unit puts out 180PS and 250Nm. Transmission options for the Corporate Edition include a 6-speed DSG for the diesel while the petrol comes with a 7-speed DSG. The petrol engine can be had with a 6-speed manual as well, but not in the limited edition model.
As reported by us earlier, Skoda has also launched the Kodiaq Corporate Edition. Priced at Rs 32.99 lakh (ex-showroom India), the new variant is cheaper than the Style variant by Rs 2.37 lakh. Just like the Kodiaq Style variant, the Corporate edition packs features like an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 10-speaker Canton sound system, wireless phone charging, three-zone climate control, panoramic sunroof, and more. The Kodiaq Corporate Edition can be had with the following colour options: Quartz Grey, Moon White, Lava Blue, and Magic Black.
Considering the fact that both models are available at a hefty discount, we feel that both offer good value for money. At a time where the entire automotive industry is facing a severe slowdown, the introduction of special variants on both models could help Skoda boost sales. So if you’ve been eyeing one of Skoda’s flagship models, this is the perfect time to pick one.
