The Gurgaon-based luxury lifestyle solution provider, The ESTD is known for bringing only the best in supercars, yachts, bikes and jets to India. And the Ariel Motor company from Somerset, England, is acclaimed for building some of the fastest cars in the world.
When the two come together, you can expect nothing less than the highest quality product. That's how the world's fastest road-legal car, the Ariel Atom, has come to India.
The Atom had beaten the Bugatti Veyron earlier this year by 1.7 seconds on one of the test tracks. This combined with the zero to 100 mph test makes it the fastest car in the world.
With no doors and no roof, the super car requires complete driver involvement and Nigel Harwood, president and CEO of The ESTD, believes that it is a perfect fit for any sports car fan, on the road or on the track. With the new and incredible racing track and with F1 now in India, this was a good time for the launch. Harwood adds that since a sports car culture of sorts is emerging among young HNIs in India, bringing the Ariel Atom here was a natural choice.
The Atom will be available in India in its 245 bhp and 300 bhp variants with an ex factory price of Rs. 25 lakh.
