The recent outbreak of coronavirus has meant most of us, including this author, are working from home. While some of you may be making the most of it as you’re away from the eyes of your boss, a handful of you may be feeling a tad restless. Yes, the lockdown means you can’t really go anywhere. So, if you’re bored to the core, here’s how you can keep yourself entertained.
TVS Moto Soul:
This is one of my personal favorites. TVS had invited us to witness its first edition of Moto Soul, an event where TVS owners from across the country meet up for a fun-filled weekend. Our bossman a.k.a Kartikeya Singhee had assigned Ruman, Priyadarshan (PD) and Arun to cover the event (not chill, mind you) in Goa. The three of them immediately made a plan to set out for Goa on the Apache RR310, Apache RTR 200 and Apache RTR 160. However, things didn’t go as per plan. Watch the video below to see how their epic adventure (or should we say misadventure) unfolded:
Suzuki MotuGP:
Racing requires you to be trim and fit to extract the fastest lap time. And when Suzuki had invited us for a media endurance race aboard the Gixxer 250 race bike, our bossman decided to send the fast & furious riders from the ZigWheels bike team. But as it turned out, our resident heavyweights - the fat & the furious Arun and PD - represented ZigWheels. So how did Team MotuGP perform? Find out below:
Bunking Work To See The KTM Adventure 390:
When KTM announced that it would be displaying the 390 Adventure at the 2020 India Bike Week, the team went into a frenzy. Given the hectic work schedule, it was decided that only Kartik would be attending the event. But the prospect of watching the 390 Adventure on Indian soil for the very first time was too tempting and the biker boys decided to bunk work and head to Goa! Did this adventure cost them dearly? Find out in the video below:
Tata Harrier Meets Its Past Heroes:
There’s no doubt that the Harrier is one of the best products to come out of Tata’s stable. However, the pre-2020 Harrier had plenty of scope for improvement. So we decided to bring some perspective to the table by taking four iconic Tatas - the Safari, Sumo, Sierra and the Hexa - for a drive. Grab a bowl of popcorn and watch this nostalgia-filled drive hosted by Ameya and Tushar:
Tata Nexon EV Review:
Well, I’ll keep this one short and simple. If you intend to buy the Nexon EV but have range anxiety, watch our detailed video review where our bossman subjected the Nexon EV through a torture test until it ran out of juice. How long did it take for that to happen? Watch this video to find out:
