Heartbeats of US citizens are constantly on the rise. We at ZigWheels try to get to the root of this issue and turns out all fingers point in the direction of BMW's new 2012 6 Series Coupe.

The all new BMW 6 Series Coupe - Coming this Fall

Be ready to roll out the red carpet as the BMW is soon to launch a new 6 Series Coupe in US this year. The 4.4l twin-turbocharged V8 runs with a pull of 400 horses with a torque of 610Nm, enough to get this speedster from 0-60mph in 4.8 seconds and do speeds as high as 155 miles per hour.

The car has an eight speed auto transmission with paddle shifts behind the wheel for manual shifting. The coupe also offers a six-speed manual transmission for all manual maniacs. That’s that on the outside.  As far as the insides are concerned the BMW gives all gadget geeks something to cheer about to as well. The 10.2 inch high-def screen is more than perfect for all visual information. Active Blind-spot detection, Rear and top view cameras and three-dimensional heads up display act as icing to this wonderful cake.

The insides

The revamped 6-series adds width and the longer wheelbase resulting in enhanced road grip and an aggressive driving stand. Based on the driver’s adrenaline rush, he/she can choose settings of Comfort, Normal, Sport and Sport Plus. Making the car easier to maneuver is the bird’s-eye view from top view camera that can help the driver anticipate traffic and narrow spaces to maneuver the car with ease.

Manufactured in Germany at the state-of-the-art production plant, BMW is yet to reveal the size of the hole this third generation 6 series may drill in your pocket, but this one sure is worth looking out for.
