Getting set for the festive season, Yamaha has launched its popular 150cc offerings, the FZ-S FI and the Fazer FI in new colour schemes. The FZ-S FI is now on sale in four new colours while buyers will get the Fazer FI in three colour options. The FZ-S v2.0 will now be available in Wolf Grey, Shark White, Viper Black and Alligator Green shades. The Fazer v2.0 on the other hand is on sale in Snowstorm White, Ravine Black and Volcano Red. Both these bikes have been priced at Rs 82,159 and Rs 87,305 respectively. All prices ex-showroom Delhi.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Roy Kurian, Vice President – Sales & Marketing, Yamaha Motor India Sales Pvt. Ltd, said, “It has been our constant endeavor to bring further excitement and variety for our style conscious customers. The launch of new color variants of FZ-S Fuel Injector version and Fazer Fuel Injector version are in line with our promise to constantly delight our customers and it is a clear illustration of how the market has responded to our bikes. The core concept of FZ-S Fuel Injector version and Fazer Fuel Injector version remains the same, with these new colors we strive to continuously interact and excite our target customers.”
Demand for both these bikes has been consistent since the time of its launch. Sales reports from the month of August suggest Yamaha has grown by 15 per cent over the corresponding month last year. The tuning fork brand sold 17,254 units of the FZ and the Fazer together in that month amounting to 28 per cent of the overall sales.
