Yamaha hasn’t spared even the newly launched Fascino 125 Hybrid from the price hike. When launched, the mild-hybrid scooter’s drum variant was more affordable than the outgoing model. Despite the new pricing, the scooter remains more affordable than the Suzuki Access 125.

Yamaha FZ-X: Road Test Review
While Yamaha has hiked the prices of some of its best-sellers, the FZ FI V3 and the FZS FI V3, by Rs 2,500, it has also slashed the price of the MT-15 by Rs 1,000. Besides, the faired sibling of the MT-15, the YZF-R15 V3 is now dearer by Rs 2,000. Yamaha’s supersport has been raking in good numbers, and managed to sell over 5,000 units in June 2021.
The Yamaha FZ-X, and the Yamaha Ray-ZR 125 were spared the price hike. It is likely that the launch of the Ray-ZR 125 Hybrid is around the corner, and hence the scooter saw no change in price.
