Take A Peek At The Facelifted Kia Seltos’s Interior Ahead Of Its Debut

The facelifted Kia Seltos has been papped once again ahead of its July 4 debut in India. And this time around, we get our first sneak peek of the SUV’s cabin for the first time. This will be the first update for the popular nameplate and if you’re interested in reserving the upcoming compact SUV, select Kia dealerships are taking unofficial reservations for the same. 

The latest spy shots of the Seltos give us a first look at the SUV’s revised central console. We can also confirm that the updated SUV will get dual-zone climate control instead of the single-zone unit offered currently. And right above it, the AC vents also seem to be much sleeker than the ones seen in the current model. 

The facelifted Seltos is also expected to get the dual screens comprising the touchscreen infotainment system and digital driver’s display. Its layout will be similar to the EV6 and that should raise the bar in terms of premiumness. Other new features onboard will be the presence of ADAS and a panoramic sunroof as confirmed in older spy shots. 

Kia will also take this opportunity to plonk in the 160PS 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine in the Seltos. Apart from that, the existing 115PS 1.5-litre petrol and 116PS 1.5-litre diesel engines should be carried forward. These units should be paired with the existing iMT (clutchless manual) and automatic transmissions.
