Maruti Suzuki India has launched the facelifted XL6 in three broad trims: Zeta, Alpha, and Alpha+ (new). As part of its mid-life update, the facelifted people carrier has got plentiful new features, new dual tone colour options, and a revised 1.5-litre petrol engine. In this report, we’ll be looking at what each trim packs.
Zeta
Price: Rs 11.29 lakh for MT and Rs 12.79 lakh for AT
Zeta, the base-spec trim, comes equipped with:
16-inch dual tone alloy rims.
LED headlights with DRLs.
LED tail lamps.
Front fog lamps.
Automatic climate control.
Cruise control.
7-inch Smartplay Studio infotainment system.
Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
Steering-mounted audio controls.
Six-speaker sound system (four speakers + two tweeters).
Connected car tech (Telematics only).
Keyless entry with push button start.
Coloured multi-info display.
Height-adjustable driver seat.
Cooled cup holders in the central console.
All four power windows with auto up/down for the driver.
Tilt and telescopic adjustment for the steering wheel.

Alpha
Price: Rs 12.29 lakh for MT and Rs 13.79 lakh for AT
Alpha, the previous top-end trim, is now the mid-spec trim. It gets the following features over and above the base grade:

Leatherette upholstery.
7-inch Smartplay Pro touchscreen infotainment system (new).
Voice assistant system with ‘Hi Suzuki’ hot key.
Auto headlights.
IR-cut front windshield.
UV-cut side glasses.

Alpha+
Price: Rs 12.89 lakh for MT and Rs 14.39 lakh for AT
Alpha+ is the new top-spec trim in the line-up, with the niceties including:
Ventilated front seats.
Tyre pressure monitoring system.
Trivia
The facelifted XL6 is offered in six monotone colour choices such as Nexa Blue, Brave Khaki, Opulent Red, Grandeur Grey, Splendid Silver, and Arctic White.
Dualtone paint options are limited to the Alpha+ trim and command a premium of Rs 16,000. They are offered with a black roof on red, silver, and khaki shades.
The XL6 is powered by a new 103PS 1.5-litre petrol engine, paired with a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter with paddle shifters.
It rivals the Kia Carens, Mahindra Marazzo, and the facelifted Maruti Suzuki Ertiga.
