No difference, and probably look for other better bikes in this segment, hayate is one of the worst bikes ever made, it has a very unfriendly riding enorgnmics that surely gives a back pain(i own it so i know better, and about to sell this piece of junk), all in all don't ever buy this one..!

So far I'm a sensible driver on the road.Many users of Livo expressed gearbox and chain sprocket problem of Livo on this site and on many Auto review websites.
