Bajaj CT 110X

Price: The CT110X comes in three colours (Matte Wild Green, Ebony Black-Red & Ebony Black-Blue) which are similarly priced at Rs 69,216 (ex-showroom Delhi).

Design: Coming out of Chakan, the CT110X looks pretty spartan yet functional. Its round headlight, which is enclosed within a bikini fairing, portrays a bit of retro aura, while its headlight guard, braced handlebars, gaited fork, make it look like a scrambler. The bike gets simple bodywork with a thick and cushioned seat, staying true to its commuter demeanour.

Features: Bajaj CT110X sports a halogen headlight with braced guards, with an easy to reach handlebar. It features tank grips, a beefy crash guard, metal belly pan, alloy wheels, semi-knobby tyres and even houses a rear luggage rack. The headlight cowl houses a LED DRL, and the motorcycle also comes with black-coloured powertrain and underpinnings, along with sporty decals on the fuel tank, side panels and headlight cowl. The bike gets a premium-looking, well-cushioned seat.

Engine: Bajaj CT110X is put to work by a single-cylinder, 115.45cc, air-cooled engine with electronic carburettor, and is capable of producing 8.6PS and 9.81Nm. The motor works alongside a 4-speed transmission. It is built on a single-downtube lower-cradle frame which is suspended by a telescopic front fork and twin rear spring-in-spring (SNS) units at the rear. The bike gets 17-inch rims at both front and rear which are wrapped in tubedrugged tyres. Braking is done via 130mm (front) and 110mm (rear) drum units with CBS being offered as standard. The bike weighs 127kg kerb. It comes with a generous ground clearance of 170mm and also sports a 11-litre fuel tank.

Rivals: The Bajaj CT110X goes up against the likes of the Honda Shine 100, TVS Sport and the Hero HF Deluxe.

Variants: The three colour variants of the CT110X are all exactly similar in terms of mechanicals and features, with the only differentiator being their paint schemes. Even the graphics on all three variants look strikingly similar.
