i have charged my battery fully and on my way it has stopped and said there is no battery i had to walk 4km and push it home and i no solution to fix do not buy this scooter useless

After sales service provided in mumbai is terrible.And the manager of the service center in kandivli is extremely unhelpful.Only false promises made but no follow up.

Worst brand, Worst service, Worst quality.Not reliable.My icon model has discontinued, Dealer says.No spares.I am doomed.

I have purchased falcon scooter, 29.01.2022, @ 4.Sk complex kk motors uttarahalli maun road, Channasandra, Bangalore 98 from the day one i'm facing mileage problem it was gives 29 to 39 km per charging, But they received my vehicle on 26.03.2022, And sent my vehicle battery to dealer and returned my vehicle on 16.05.2022, But still now not rectified. This is the one of worst company to rectifying problem they people have no idea for problem solving capability and irresponsible people are their company.

Absolute pathetic service from vasai dealer, Battery issue sorted after 2 months, They don, T have any back up battery.Do not buy this scooter, Plastics poor quality, Poor range.
