Recently Asked User Questions

Q. I want to buy bike for daily use with low maintenance. I have two choices, Pulsar 220F or Hornet 2.0. Which is better ?
  • As per your requirements, we would suggest you to go with the Honda Hornet 2.0. With a frugal engine, agreeable ergos, light handling and a comfortable ride, the Hornet makes for a great city bike. If you’re currently riding a 125cc bike and looking for something with more performance to make your commute that much more interesting, but you don’t necessarily want something very sporty with ‘racing DNA’, the Hornet offers a sensible and easy motorcycling experience. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride for a better understanding of performance and comfort. Q. Which is the best between YZF R15 V3 and Pulsar 220F?
  • Both bikes are good enough. The Bajaj Pulsar 220F, despite its age, still remains an aspirational motorcycle for Indian buyers given its performance and features. Though the motor isn’t the most refined one out there, it is comfortable for city commutes as well as capable enough for highway touring. On the other hand, the R15 V3 remains one potent small-capacity supersport for beginners. In its version 3.0 guise, it has become sharper and more focused, making it great for sport riding or track enthusiasts. However, the aggressive riding stance could cause discomfort if you intend to use the bike for daily commuting and the quality of components have also gone down. You may compare both bikes accordingly. Do take a test ride for better clarity. Check out authorised dealership details.
Q. I am 5 ft 7 inch, is it comfortable for me?
  • According to the saddle height of Bajaj Pulsar 220 F, it may be difficult to ride by a 5.7ft height person. Moreover, you can have a test ride of the bike for a better idea of comfort and ride quality by visiting the nearest dealer in your city. You can click on the following link and select your city accordingly for the dealership details.

    Cruise in Comfort and Style

I knew the Bajaj Avenger 220 Street was the best cruiser for city riding the day I bought it. City travel is made perfect by its powerful engine and comfortable riding position. perfect cruising companion

Bajaj Avenger 220 Street is my favourite Highway cruising companion. the looks are awesome and the build quality is also appreciable. it is the best bike under 1.5 lakh with a 220 cc engine. I feel very comfortable while riding as the sitting posture is perfect. the only thing which could be improved its rear suspension as sometimes it is not able to work properly, otherwise I will prefer this bike to every rider who want a durable and reliable bike.

    Best Bike Ever

I am using this beast since 2017 (6 yrs & 25000 kms ) so I can give you the pros and cons precisely pros 1. Most comfortable -- Avenger is the most comfortable bike in this segment, you can travel long without any tiredness (traveled 250-300km in a single day) 2. Cheaper -- most affordable cruiser till now 3. Mileage -- practical bike with class ( giving 40kmpl on highway & 33-35 in the city) 4. Lower maintenance cost -- around 1000-1500 per year for service and maintenance 5. Better handling -- you can cruise easily up to 90km/hr smoothly with better braking and control. cons:1. More turning radius 2. The pillion seat is not so comfortable you have to change the battery in 2-3 years chainset changes after 20-22k km (depending on your driving also) you can add pros or cons if have any:)

    Best bike with great power

It is a touring friendly bike and i have my pulsar 220F , 2011 model and is the best bike with easy to maintain. The best part is, it starts within 1 or 2self starts and same power is delivered now also and is seriously fantastic and it has more grunt in engine and gives good mileage than Karizma R. The bike never had any issue even after much riding in single day, I loved it very much only drawback was that 2011 model did not had any abs.

    Good handling and acceleration

The new Bajaj Pulsar 220F comes with a sporty appearance. I liked it's body finishing and paint job. it has a 220cc engine which provides a decent mileage of 40kmpl. this bike is better than other sports bike in this price range. The suspension and the brakes works properly. I got a drawback in this bike about the weight as it feels so heavy which might create a problem in heavy traffic.
