BMW 2 Series 2025

BMW has unveiled the new-generation 2 Series gran coupe globally. It features a sportier design, updated interior and new powertrain options. It has also grown in size, with its length matching compact SUVs like the VW Virtus and Honda City The 2 Series gran coupe is most likely to launch in India early in 2025.

BMW 2 Series 2025 Key Highlights

Features: The 2025 BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe features a larger infotainment system similar to other BMW models. It gets a new sport steering wheel as standard, seat heating and power adjust for the driver and passenger seat. It also features a 10.25-inch driver’s display, a harmon kardon audio system, heads-up display, wireless phone charger, a panoramic glass roof, multi-color ambient lighting, dual-zone climate control, auto dimming IRVM. Safety is taken care of with multiple airbags, ABS with brake assist, parking sensors, cornering brakes, and electronic stability control. It also gets ADAS features like lane departure warning, front collision warning, adaptive cruise control as well as park assist.

Engine: The 2 Series gran coupe will be offered with multiple powertrain options- a 1.5-litre three-cylinder turbo petrol with 48V mild hybrid system which churns out 170 PS and 280 Nm, a 2.0-litre four-cylinder diesel engine which produces 150 PS and 360 Nm, a 2.0-litre four-cylinder diesel engine with 48V mild hybrid system combined produces 163 PS and 400 Nm, and a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine which pits in 300 PS and 400 Nm. It gets a 7-speed automatic transmission. In terms of dimensions, the 2 Series gran coupe measures 4546 mm in length, 1800mm in width, stands 1445mm tall, and has a wheelbase of 2670mm. It gets a ground clearance of 145 mm

Rivals: The BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe will take on the Mercedes-Benz A-Class Limousine in India.
