Design: The Vitpilen 250, designed to be a cafe racer, offers a more aggressive riding stance thanks to the low-set clip-on ‘bars and the rear-set footpegs. It's clean, minimal yet futuristic in design with a dual-tone paint scheme and blacked-out underpinnings.
Features: Feature-wise, the Vitpilen comes with LED lights all around, a fully-digital instrument console, clip-on handlebars, a 43mm WP Apex USD fork (with a WP Apex monoshock with preload adjustability) and radial MRF tyres.
Engine: The Vitpilen 250 is powered by the same 249cc single-cylinder engine that produces 31PS and 25Nm, as the one on the 2024 TKM 250 Duke. The motor works in tandem with a 6-speed transmission using a slip-and-assist clutch. Its fuel tank capacity has now gone up to 13.5 litres.
Suspension, Brakes & Other Details: In terms of underpinnings, the Vitpilen 250 uses a steel trellis frame and subframe, a 43mm WP Apex USD fork & WP Apex monoshock with preload adjustability. The bike is anchored by a single 320mm disc up front, mated to a radially mounted calliper and a single 230mm rear disc. Dual-channel ABS comes as standard. Its 17-inch 5-spoke alloy wheels come wrapped in road-biased MRF radial tyres. The bike's seat height measures 820mm which is 15mm less than before. The 163.8kg kerb weight is also 0.6kg less than before.
