I am in Thailand and I am sure the RE dealers and mechanics in this country are even less considerate about the customers and the bikes than in India. But I cannot understand why all I see online is that the service charges for the first three or four services are under warranty and so they are free - but you have to pay for the oil and chain adjustment kit - and also that the oil is free but you have to pay for the labor and for the chain adjustment kit - - and they may or may not adjust the valves and the adjustments are made according to a metal ruler - when any mechanic has to make these adjustments by feel or he does not have any business working on motorcycles. And why do they usually not wash the machine? RE India was a good plan, but the management at the top does not have the control it needs to make the retailers service the machines at the level they deserve.

They charged me 1255rs for first free service and also advised that next service will cost around 750rs as engine oil will not be changed at that time. Only they will top up the engine oil.

I'm charged 3043 rs. which includes washing and other labor stuff. I tried to dispute this issue but seems no benefit I've decided to mail RE regarding this issue.
