    You can but you should be careful with the weight or else bike will kiss speed-breakers on the road. Adding a pillion also depends on your skills

    No never let u have try to ride in three members which person drive the bike that person facing some problem

    Legally no, as it's not safe. but it depends on your riding skills if you can adjust with 3rd pillion rider.
