    Both are good cruiser bikes but exchange as per your taste of riding. Jawa is lower than Bullet 350. Jawa seat is thin and very small even for pillion. Jawa is good as per engine performance.

    I don't think exchange is available(Check with showroom) . But if you want Jawa, Jawa is good choice (except seat Height)

    Maybe it could depend on the dealership. Check it out with them; it depends on the condition of your bike and the resale value of your bike from the dealership point of view.
