will be dangerous for me...They said that during 1st service they solved the problem but today I faced the same problem of stopping the i3s....in which another biker just hit my bike at traffic signal...that lead to a big dent on my outer chrome plated silencer....will the outer covering of silencer will be covered in warranty.....as i had told the i3s problem which lead to the whole accident

Warranty will cover the silencer issue only if it is a manufacturer defect during warranty period of the vehicle.
