CBR250R does not have a slipper clutch. But why do you need a slipper clutch? Slipper Clutch is used to REDUCE engine braking while downshifting, while we NEED ENGINE Braking to slow down the bike rather than slamming on the brake pedal...so in my very personal opinion, slipper clutch is not a good thing to have on bikes for city commute and highway riding too.

Cbr250r doesn't have slipper. You don't need a slipper clutch for the cbr.It has a buttery smooth clutch.I do engine braking some times but don't feel any prob.we can't compare cbr with its competition it just fly's after 7k rpm

Clutch is smooth as FK in CBR 250R but we will get the rear wheel lock when downshifted aggressively like other bikes which doesnt have slipper clutch
