@ Shankar | My ns200 bs4 model gives only 33kmpl in city and more over +2km in highway.if i fill 12 litres and use it i can reach 420km for 12ltr ...how come you reach 425km in 10ltr ???

I am not sure whats is the problem with bs4 models but my bs3 2012 model still gives about 37-40 kmpl in city + highway mixed condition. My bike has clocked 74K kms. I use Motul 300v engine oil and i make sure to flush my engine every 20-25k kms. My frnd's bs4 model only gives 35kmpl on crusing speeds 80-120kmph whereas my bike was giving about 39 kmpl when we where on our delhi ride. Could be a general issue with the bs4 model. National Highway fuels are of not good quality. I fill petrol from just one petrol pump when i am in Mumbai which gives quality fuel and my mileage goes above 40. Try fuels from different pumps and see if you can see any difference or get info about good quality pumps from your area and try them. Also remember to use normal fuel, our bikes do not need power and xtra mile fuels. You would just be wasting money with any gain. I tried personally and found nothing different.

The bike gives an average from 35-40 depending on riding style. So a full tank gives range somewhere between 350-400kms. I have have done many long distance rides 1000+ kms and at some occassions with quality fuel the bike as returned 425kms (10L) with reserve tank unused.

I own BS4 NS200 and it gives me an mileage between 35-42km depending upon the way i ride. I strongly agree with your point of filling the tank from an trustworthy fuel station. Because i have literally compared the mileage of my bike with each fuel station near my place, and to my surprise there is a notable difference between the performance as well as the mileage.
