How many gears available in Hero Passion XTEC?

In last 1 year almost in every service I complained about the same issue. It is very true Hero Motocorp cant resolve this issue. within 11 months, Battery drained suddenly while riding. And you will be sad after hearing that we can not start passion pro without battery. As you know in old models of Hero bikes like Splendor, CD Deluxe, Passion etc we can start bike without battery. but in BS6 Model. It is not possible to start bike in any manner.

The gearbox works well but feels a bit klutzy while shifting in the lower gears in slow moving traffic. The gear ratios are set on the taller side but they are evenly spread out to offer ample power throughout the rev range. The spread of power along with precision fueling makes the motor extremely tractable within city limits. Moreover, we have not encountered any ignition issues with the bike. Yes alot of problem exist..engine off problem gear shifting problem ...vibration of bike..battery diffuses ..head light problem

Don't buy as you will not feel comfortable with New Model BS6 as Hero has increased its Seat Height. My Height is 5.3 and I went Hero Show-room where I checked personally that my both legs can't reach to floor when I seat on bike. You are more shorter and definitely this bike is not for you! Try Honda Livo!
