With the BS6 update, the exhaust end can on the new 250 Duke now lies underneath the bike instead of the side as seen on the previous model. Due to that, the ground clearance has dropped from 175mm to 151mm. To compensate for this, KTM has equipped a small bash plate, but if we were you, we would be extra cautious now. For a better understanding of compatibility and riding comfort, we would suggest you to take a test ride. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership.

Yes you can ride it like a normal bike. I have travelled 3000km on my new bike. And for most the speed breakers the groud clearneacce is enough.only in case of big illegal sizes of speed breaks that we see in galli of india the guard below touches the ground.but i drive slow at speed breakers and avoid huge damage and also i takr my bike cross on speed breaker to avoid the touching of gaurd to ground.i found this an issue but not a very major issue.

In my experience, there are no issues when riding solo, but with a pillion there is a bit of scraping, so just be careful over big bumps when riding with a pillion.
