    TVS Apache RTR 160 4V has an oil capacity of 1200ml and the best suitable oil grade is SAE 10W30. We wouldn't recommend putting in less engine oil as the bike wouldn't return efficiency. Moreover, we'd suggest you have a word with the authorized service center of TVS in your city.

    Definitely NOT. Correct quantity of oil recommended is 1200 for draining and anything less than that will cause the oil to heat up more.
