Yes. Anyone who knows how to ride a geared motorcycle will be able to ride a Duke 250, regardless of their height. If your question is based on your need to plant both the feet on ground while stopping the bike, then one need to be around 170cms tall. According to me, that is not a major challenge for someone to lean a bit to the side and have one of their foot touching ground. Please look at it this way. Most motorcycle riders owning an offroad or an adventure tourer will face the same issue as you, because of the extended suspension travel and ground clearance requirements. Does that mean, people do not buy those? No. Another snippet for motivation. Look at how tall Dani Pedrosa, Carlos Checa or Max Biaggi are! :) Just do not think of something we cannot change. Go for what your heart deserve. Cheers!

At 156cms, D250 will NOT let the rider keep both their legs planted on ground. However, once you learn to ride it, RIDER HEIGHT IS A NON-ISSUE. Just lean a little towards a side and you'll have palm of your foot comfortably on ground. For example, most riders find seat height of off-roaderadventure bikes intimidating. However, riders still buy those motorcycles as the height does not make riding difficult.
