    Im giving you this info regarding the bs4 model...the top model of tvs apache RTR 1604v is the fi varient which can easily deliver 41kmpl in cities..and 45-46kmpl on highways depending on the driving style....the bs4 model is definitely better than fzs due to high torque and power...but with the bs6 varient things have changed quite a bit!
