Well you can say that I agree.But that was 2 to 3 decades agothe older versions of bullet which with the gearbox on the right that series packed a huge lot of difference.nowadays people are using aftermarket exhaust to get that superior sound. In the older generations the sound, the feel it's all different for the new bullet..that's one of the reason we have bullet haters in the country...

Anyone above 5 feet. It weights almost 170 kg so make sure you can carry that weight easily at slow speeds and around the corners.

A seat height of 785mm makes the Ninja 300 welcoming for most riders. Since the handlebars are slightly high-set, like that of a sports tourer, the reach is quite relaxed and doesn’t really take a toll on your shoulders or wrists. However, comfort is something that can be best judged personally. We would suggest you to get in touch with the nearest authorized dealership and take a test ride of the bike for a better understanding of compatibility and performance.

I disagree with Nitin to some extent. I've been using Ninja 300 for quite some time. 2015 to be precise. Never had any, and I mean any issue with the bike. The fact that it's a full fairing bike, you shouldn't be camparing the ground clearance with off-roading bikes like Duke and, it shouldn't be used for off reading either, it's not meant for it. the handling is amazing and yes, the service casts about 5-6k but, if you are going to use it for regular commuting or ur riding is much, you can opt for 2 years AMC from the workshop that'll cost you about 12000/-. you won't need to pay any labour charges for 2 years then. Please check the availability of this facility at the dealer for it. I have the AMC from Aurum Kawasaki, New Delhi. Further, Since this motorcycle and it's parts are being manufactured in India, Ninja 300 spare part costs have been reduced drastically, for example, one side cowling used to cost around 53000/- and now, it costs mere 5280/-. Ninja 300 is supposedly the best buy in it's segment right now. Not to forget, it's Japanese for a machine and that makes it the best. Also, the company is not into utility or regular passenger two wheelers. so you won't have a untrained mechanic trying his hands on a sports machine when u go for servicing. I hope this be of help. Q. How is the mileage and service of bike? Does it vibrates or heats a lot? Please share your experience - Ninja 300?

According to my style of riding, It gives about 25kmpl in city and around 30kmpl on highway. May vary according to each person's style of riding. Vibrations? There are no noticeable vibrations altogether. But you might notice small increase in vibration while on 4 to 6k Rpm. Ninja 300 has one of the most refined engine in its segment. Heat management is excellent in the bike. Even in stop and go traffics, the bike excellently manages the engine temperature.

Q. Maintenance cost or service cost for ninja 300?

It's not cheap considering a 300cc motercycle. There are no free service for any of the kawasaki bikes (sad)Each service will cost you Rs. 5200 average. Each 4th service will cost you around Rs. 12000 for a 300 cc bike.And this will repeat in future until you stop riding the bike. And the mentioned cost is when there are no major fault in your bike or not needed to change any major parts. Obviously that will cost you more. So guys be ready to spend more after buying any of the kawasaki bikes. Good luck!

Q. What is the service cost for Ninja 300 and the Kilometer range we should go for servicing?

4-5 k is service cost. Ist service at 1000kms and rest at 6000 kms each..so its not much. Small bikes get services at 250****000km...so if you add up..there wont be much difference.

The regular interval is around 6000 km ..and the cost of brake pad is around 700rs

Q. What will be the service and spare parts cost of Ninja 300 2019 version in India? Should I go for Ninja 300 or Apache RR310?

The service cost is definitely higher for the Ninja 300 as compared to the RR310. However due to localization, the spare parts are affordable. Earlier the cost of the total spare parts available for the Ninja 300 used to be around 2.5 Lakh and now that has been reduced to 50k. The Ninja 300 is always a better option if you can afford for the service cost. The average service cost for the Ninja 300 in Pune is 5.5 - 6 thousand.
