• Q. When they say Thunderbird gives a Power of 20.07PS@5250, what does this RPM mean? Is it engine shaft, wheel sprocket or wheel ( RIM) RPM ?Actually I want to know wheel sprocket RPM. Can someone pls help?

    RPM is Revolution Per Minute , which means the engine rotation as per you give throttle more and more , it’s gives you the more speed and more fuel consumption while the wheels are spinning. When you are running the machine of 350 CC bike , you will have the more pickup and more engine rotation which can cause the smooth and hard working conditions.     Hi, RPM refers to engine rpm. Engine rpm means in gear box there are two shafts, out of which one is drive shaft with drive gears and another one is output shaft with driven gear which connects rear wheel by sprocket pinion combo. Here rpm refers that drive gear rpm which is connected with input shaft. Also new age bikes are with rpm meter, there in drive gears sensors are built to measure.

    Sorry to much science for the me, i can tell it buy riding it,not buy reading these technical questions. hope soon someone will definitely help you.What i have experienced is Thunderbird or any royal enfield is less aboyt PS but more about torque.
