    Apache RTR 160 10W-30 is recommended engine oil grade. Castrol POWER1 4T 10W-30 (or) Motul 3100 4T 10W-30 is most used Engine oils for TVS Apache RTR 160. Thanks, Rajarajan

    Go for 10W 40 as it provides better higher temperature riding than 10W 30. My suggestion is 10W 40 Castrol Power 1 Synthetic oil (costs around 500/- for 1.2 lit with 3000km drain interval)
