After the e6 MPV and Atto 3 SUV, BYD is gearing up to launch the all-electric Seal sedan as its third model in India
Just a couple of days back, Chinese EV maker BYD opened bookings for the Seal electric sedan in India. This will be the third car in the company’s all-electric portfolio for India. With its official launch scheduled for March 5, 2024, let us take a look at the top 5 things to know about the BYD Seal.
BYD Seal Design
The Seal gets a coupe-like silhouette with a very unique front: sleek swept back LED headlights with large C-shaped DRLs that extend to the bumper. The bonnet also gets sharp creases, giving it a muscular look.
Shifting to the side, you can notice the sporty, coupe-like silhouette. You also get aero-styled multi-spoke alloys, while there is a single crease that runs through the side for added character. Lastly, there are flush-fitting door handles that give it a nice minimalist look. The rear gets a full-width LED bar along with a bumper that has multiple creases.
BYD Seal Interiors
Inside, the BYD Seal’s dashboard looks unique and gets multiple creases and curves. The stand-out bit is its rotatable 15.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which is a trademark BYD touch. Other highlights include a flat-bottom steering wheel and a digital driver’s display.
