Dhanush

Tamil movie star Dhanush has recently picked up his new 7-Series. He opted for the turbocharged petrol engine that puts out 381PS and 520Nm, coupled with a 48V mild-hybrid system. Dhanush chose the Oxide Grey shade for his 740Li, and already owns other luxury sedans like the Audi A8L and Rolls Royce Ghost.

Lokesh Kanagaraj

Film director Lokesh Kanagaraj, known for his work in his recent release, Leo, has an all-black BMW 740Li, which looks stunning. He picked up the sedan after the success of his previous film Vikram, which was a blockbuster. We are pretty sure director Kanagaraj must be enjoying the stunning theatre screen by watching his previous movies like Master and Kaithi.

Jacqueline Fernandez

Actress Jacqueline Fernandez is the one of firsts from B-town to own the BMW 7-Series. She, too, opted for the 3-litre petrol powertrain for her 7-Series and a shiny silver hue. He already owns cars like the Rolls-Royce Cullinan and Audi Q7, and the new i7 is the latest sedan in his garage. His i7 is finished in Black Sapphire and packs a 101.7kWh battery pack which sends power to dual electric motors which puts out 544PS and 745Nm.

Renowned TV host Shekhar Suman recently bought the new BMW i7, posting images of it on his Instagram. In a caption, he extended congratulations to his parents on their anniversary, making the occasion doubly special with the addition of the luxurious i7 to his collection.

Recently, BMW added an even more powerful electric and a frugal diesel powertrain to the new 7-Series, which we have detailed in our previous report. Prices for the new 7-Series start from Rs 1.81 crore, and those for the i7 from Rs 2.5 crore (ex-showroom). The 7-Series rivals the likes of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and the Audi A8L in India. And the i7 goes up against the Mercedes-Benz EQS sedan on our shores.
