Back in October, Bajaj launched the largest Pulsars in India in the form of the F250 and the N250. Since then, a lot of questions arose regarding the Pulsar 220F, as to whether it will be discontinued or not. Well, we now have a concrete answer and yes, Bajaj will finally bid adieu to the ‘fastest Indian’.
The last batch is off the production line and on sale at Bajaj’s dealerships. Currently, the Bajaj Pulsar 220F is priced at Rs 1.34 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), and will be available till stocks last. It’s about Rs 4,000 and Rs 6,000 less than the new Pulsar F250 and the Pulsar N250 respectively.
Launched back in 2007, the Pulsar 220F made a big wave in the affordable sporty motorcycle segment with its semi-fairing, aggressive styling and sprightly motor. Right from daily commutes to spirited weekends rides, the 220F etched its name even deeper in the Indian motorcycle market. However, with the time passing by and modern tech incoming, the Pulsar 220F can’t possibly keep up with its peers.
With that being said, it still remains a promising motorcycle from its time and if you’re an old-school Pulsar enthusiast eyeing to buy one, we recommend you pay your nearest dealership a quick visit.
