Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles have launched the new Jawa 42 FJ with revised styling, new engine and other changes compared to the standard 42 model launched last month.
The new Jawa 42 FJ has been launched with a price tag of Rs 1,99,142 (ex-showroom Delhi), making it Rs 26,200 more expensive than the standard Jawa 42 and the FJ is named after František Janeček, founder of Jawa. It is available in 6 colour options: Deep Black Matte Red Clad, Deep Black Matte Black Clad, Cosmo Blue Matte, Mystique Copper, Aurora Green Matte and Aurora Green Matte Spoke. Here are the prices:

The Jawa 42 FJ rivals the likes of the Royal Enfield Classic 350, Royal Enfield Hunter 350, Hero Mavrick 440 and the Honda H'ness CB350.
As an all-new bike, everything’s new on the Jawa 42 FJ. Compared to the standard 42, the FJ gets a more rounded and muscular fuel tank with anodised, brushed aluminium cladding. It also gets an off-set fuel cap. The roadster gets a wide and flat single-piece seat and dual upswept exhausts. The Aurora Green Matte Spoke colour option gets spoke wheels with tubed tyres while the rest of the colour schemes get diamond cut alloy wheels with tubeless tyres.
