EXCLUSIVE: KTM To Offer The 390 Adventure In 3 Variants Including One With Spoke Rims

KTM India has officially showed the new 390 Adventure with wire-spoke rims on its social media handles. Now, our sources from within the company have confirmed that the Austrian marque is all set to launch not one, but three variants of its ADV in India.

The highlight is of course the trim with wire-spoke rims that made its global debut in February 2023. It is likely that the India-spec variant will get tube-type rims to keep price in check. This would be accompanied by another variant that will flaunt adjustable WP Apex fork seen on the international variant. Finally, there’ll also be a low-seat variant for those who find this ADV’s 855mm seat height daunting.

KTM won’t be tinkering with the performance of the 373.2cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that pumps 43.5PS and 37Nm. Even the electronic aids – traction control and switchable ABS are unlikely to change.

With these updates, KTM would be making some revisions to the 390 Adventure’s pricing. We then expect it to retail from Rs 3.42 lakh onwards (ex-showroom). For perspective, the bike currently costs Rs 3,37,043 (ex-showroom Delhi).
