  • X3 will get a connected grille, new alloy wheels, and revised bumpers and lights.
  • Inside, the SUV gets an updated digital driver’s display and larger infotainment system.
  • Features include adaptive LED headlamps, Harman Kardon surround sound system, and park assist.
  • Existing 252PS 2-litre turbo-petrol and 190PS 2-litre diesel engines to continue.

BMW has confirmed that the facelifted X3 will be launched in India on January 20. Bookings are underway for a token amount of Rs 2 lakh, and early birds will get complimentary 20-inch M-Sport alloy wheels.

Design updates are subtle, but they lend a breath of freshness to the X3. At the front, the kidney grille is connected, and is flanked by revised LED headlights. The front bumper features more angles and creases, lending the SUV a sportier look. In profile, it sits on a new set of alloy wheels, while the rear end gets new tail lamps and an updated bumper.

Spotting the interior updates is even trickier for an untrained eye. For starters, the central console sees a minor revision as the climate control is now placed between the AC vents. The digital driver’s display is now in line with the latest BMWs and the infotainment system is a size larger at 12.3 inches. Lastly, the gear lever sees a minor revision in design.

Notable features include adaptive LED headlamps, a Harman Kardon surround sound system, tri-zone climate control, panoramic sunroof, powered front seats, ambient lighting, and a 360-degree camera with park assist.
