Honda has brought an update for its 350cc models with the introduction of the new Legacy edition and New Hue Edition, for the CB350 H’ness and CB350RS respectively. The new colour schemes which are included with these new editions include red, blue and white designs with gold pinstriping. The first hint that Honda had something planned was dropped by the Honda BigWing Twitter handle that gave us a teaser of what was in store.
The new updated colours are done keeping the character of both these models in mind, with the CB350 H’ness legendary edition receiving a Pearl Siren Blue Color Scheme with new body graphics and Legacy Edition Badge on the fuel tank, something that was inspired by the iconic CB350 of the 1970s. When it comes to the CB350RS, Honda has given the New Hue Edition 2 colour schemes, Sports Red and Athletic Blue Metallic.
With these special editions, there are no new features to speak of. Honda has carried over everything from the DLX Pro variant of the CB350, the semi-digital instrument cluster paired with Honda’s Smartphone Voice Control System(HSVCS) along with a Selectable Torque Control which allows the rear wheel to maintain traction in all sorts of terrain.
This update won’t bring any changes on the performance side and both motorcycles are still powered by the same 348cc single cylinder air-cooled engine that outputs 20.78PS of power and 30Nm of torque. The brakes used in both are 310mm front and 240mm rear disk brakes with dual channel ABS.
The pricing of the CB350 H’ness Legacy Edition is Rs. 2,16,356 and the CB350RS is Rs. 2,19, 357 (both ex-showroom, Delhi). Both the bikes will rival models from brands like Royal Enflield and Yezdi, competing with the likes of the Classic 350, Hunter 350 and the Yezdi Roadster.
