The Mahindra Scorpio N has received three new features across the Z8 range – Z8 Select, Z8 and Z8L – making it more appealing than before. Additionally, Mahindra has introduced a new Midnight Black exterior shade available on all Z8 variants.
Mahindra’s rugged SUV now gets features like ventilated front seats and frameless auto-dimming IRVM. Also, features like the wireless phone charger and gloss black centre console are now available lower down as well. Here’s how these features have been divided across the Z8 range:

The ventilated seats and auto-dimming IRVM are exclusive to the top-tier Z8 L trim, whereas the wireless phone charger is available across all three Z8 variants. Mahindra has introduced the Midnight Black exterior shade across all Z8 trims, expanding its availability beyond just the Z8 Select variant. Additionally, all three variants now feature a gloss black centre console alongside other new enhancements. The introduction of these new features does improve the appeal of the Mahindra Scorpio N.
The Z8 variant currently starts at Rs 17.09 lakh (ex-showroom). Mahindra is yet to announce prices for the updated variants soon.

The Scorpio N already comes with amenities like an 8-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support, 12-speaker Sony sound system, dual-zone climate control, cruise control, a 6-way powered driver seat, and a sunroof. Passenger safety is taken care of by 6 airbags, electronic stability control, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and front and rear parking cameras.

The Scorpio N is priced between Rs 13.85 lakh and Rs 24.54 lakh (ex-showroom). It takes on the likes of the Hyundai Alcazar, Tata Safari, and MG Hector Plus, while also being an alternative to the Mahindra XUV700.
