Another week, another Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 LC sighting, this time with twin panniers and a top box. The frequent spy shots of the upcoming ADV has been raising anticipation higher and higher for the first liquid-cooled Enfield.
The spy shots reveal the bike riding with aluminium panniers on both sides and a top box attached to the rear luggage rack. This hints at the prospect of the Himalayan 450 getting a bunch of touring-friendly accessories.
Apart from that, the single-pod circular digital console, which could be semi-digital, is also seen on the test mule. It is likely to house all the gauges and data in just one unit, unlike the current-gen Himalyan’s crowded cluster space. Expect it to be smartphone compatible as well.
For more details on the Himalayan 450 LC you can check out our earlier spy shot analysis here. The bike was also teased officially on Royal Enfield’s official Instagram handle and you can head here for more details.
Expect Royal Enfield to unveil the Himalayan 450 LC at this year’s EICMA and launch it in November at Rider Mania. With all the premium bits that it flaunts, the ADV is likely to carry a price tag of Rs 2.80 lakh (ex-showroom), going up against the likes of the KTM 390 Adventure and the upcoming Hero XPulse 400.
