Upcoming Kia Syros Teased With This Desirable Feature!

Kia’s upcoming SUV, the Syros, has been teased yet again! This time we were able to get a glimpse of the car’s headliner, showcasing a panoramic sunroof! The sunroof is a desirable feature which elevates the premiumness of the cabin, even more when it's a panoramic unit. We also expect Kia to load the SUV with many more premium features thereby attracting several buyers towards. 

Ahead of its expected launch early next year, here is an overview of the Kia Syros: 

Kia Syros: Design

Previous teasers have revealed certain design elements and silhouette of the Syros, which looks similar to that of the larger Carnival and EV9. The Syros sports modern, bold and future-proof design elements that are in line with Kia’s new design language. 

The Syros features vertically designed 3-pod LED headlights complimented with long vertical LED DRLs. It has a tall stance with roof rails and a boxy appearance that helps to accentuate its SUV stance. You get flush door handles that further add a premium touch to the Kia SUV.

The rear features L-shaped LED tail lights, positioned in the upper section of the SUV’s rear end. The tailgate appears to be rather flat, further adding to the boxy and muscular body style of the SUV. 

Kia Syros: Interior And Features

Coming to the interior, we expect the Syros to borrow design cues for its dashboard from the Sonet and Seltos. Previous spy shots showcased the presence of a sporty-looking 2-spoke steering wheel.

Apart from the panoramic sunroof, the Syross will likely boast convenience and safety features to provide you with a comfortable and safe experience. Some of its top expected features include dual 10.25 inch screens for the infotainment and driver’s display, ventilated front seats, powered seats, a wireless phone charger, 6 standard airbags, and ADAS.

In terms of the engine specifications, we expect Kia to offer the Syros with all of the Sonet’s engine options. Here’s a look at the Sonet’s specifications for reference:

The Kia Syros is expected to be priced around Rs 9 lakh mark (ex-showroom) and it will not have any direct competitors as such.
